DELIVERY & RETURNS
In order to serve you better at Coasty, we have carefully curated the following policies on delivery, pre-order and returns. At every stage of your shopping experience, feel free to come to this section for the needed guidance:
Our aim is to ensure that all orders are dispatched within the shortest timeframe and currently, we ship and dispatch all goods between 1-4 business once order has been paid for, and depending on the location.
We currently use DHL as our courier partner. For delivery cost, it will be displayed at checkout and in cases of any delay on orders, you will be duly notified. Delivery to the UK is free while a flat rate is attached to all deliveries outside of the UK.
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please note: COASTY LTD is not liable for lost or delayed packages and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Should the tracking information state that the item(s) is delivered when it is not, contact the courier immediately.
You may notice some products have a Pre Order or Made-to-order delivery time mentioned in the product description, please note this information: Any Pre Order or Made-to-order items will be sent as soon as the item arrives.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
At Coasty, we are more than willing to help out with exhange and refunds for orders on our platform in the case that the item is faulty(from our end) or doesn’t fit you. However, this policy only applies when the disputed item is returned in the original condition it was dispatched in, not worn and this must be within 7 days of receipt. To avoid being lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that a proof of postage is included in the returned package.
Pre-order items can not be refunded only exchanged
If you have purchased an item on SALE or with a discount code, it can only be exchanged, not refunded.
FOR RETURNS, PLEASE CONTACT US ON:
Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (email@example.com) to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
